Who is USA Made Dropship?
We have been in the manufacturing of leggings and apparel business for over 10 years and are the official supplier to many high-profile websites and celebrities. We have a passion for creating amazing apparel and strive to provide you the very best products at the very best prices possible. Your success is incredibly important to us and we feel we can play a major role in helping businesses be competitive in a market smothered by low cost products from China with long transit times.
How does this work?
We are a cut and sew print on demand manufacturer of apparel and other popular high quality items in Philadelphia PA. As a member, we can connect your website to our catalog by using our app or direct connection. Then you can import products to your store and sell them. Once an item is sold, we are notified and fulfill the item. Shipment tracking is sent to your store.
If you do not have an e-commerce website, but have an existing retail storefront, you can drop ship through our drop shipping portal.
Does my customer pay you?
No, you set your retail pricing and shipping and your customer pays you. You handle your own customer service, we do not have contact with your customers. When an order comes in, we are notified, we ship it to your customer and charge the credit card you have on file the wholesale price plus shipping.
What is your processing time?
Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. The first day starts on the next business day after the order is placed. During peak periods processing time is 1-4 business days.
Is there a membership fee?
Our App is FREE and grants access to our entire catalog. There are membership options with additional benefits such as branding and customization of products.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the USA is $5 for the first item and $1.75 each additional item.
Do you ship internationally?
International Shipping is currently on hold due to Covid19 and the long delays in shipping to other countries.
Do you have a catalog?
You may view our products and pricing online under the ‘catalog’ tab in the menu
Is there bulk pricing?
Please contact us for bulk or custom orders.
What are the minimums?
There are no minimums and you are not required to keep any inventory on hand.
What is auto-fulfillment?
If you have one of the e-commerce platforms we integrate with – you can quickly select and add products to your inventory and set your own retail price. When a customer visits your site and purchases these items, we will be notified and ship the order directly to your customer.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Most orders (that are not bulk orders) ship in 1-3 business days or less. The first business day after an order is placed would be day 1. Shipping times are 2-5 days depending where we are shipping to. International shipping depends on the location.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Currently we do no accept returns or exchanges. This is to keep costs down. We will replace any damaged or defective items with the same exact item after it is returned to us.
